No. The faceplate covers the lcd screen and is made to be replaced. Just pay attention to the button cover placement. A small phillips-head (+) screwdriver is needed.
ic... so am I SOL then? can you get a separate screen plate to change? any ideas anyone? I really don't want to live with this thing if I can't get rid of these scratches somehow!
The only Harry Potter game that I enjoyed was OotP, which I have on the PS2 and rented for the 360. Both looked and played pretty much the same, mind you that I just have a regular TV. Even as a fan of HP, I really didn't get into CoC or GoF on the old xbox, but kept them anyway. In my opinion, OotP would be worth atleast a rental for your PS2.
FYI - My ebgames had a new set of drums in the non-retail box for $40 and was eligible for the 10% discount. It was only missing drumsticks. This was not on display with the retail drumsets, so you'll need to ask.
