um... who is expecting anything other than an old-school jrpg? people need to stop looking at this game as what theywant it to be and start looking at it for what it is, like blue dragon a good solid old-school jrpg.
no, microsoft will just drop the price another $50, the same thing will happen as it did in july-august. Ps3 will get a small bump in sales then next month go down while the 360 gets a bigger bump in sales. They need killer apps not price drops.
you know what makes other people ill? the fact that people bash halo just because its popular. They make general statements like "its nothing different" the numbers speak for themselves if you cant see whats special about the franchise when it has the fastest pre-orders in history than you are blind.
This makes sense, heavenly sword is actually a 20 hour game but because of the ps3 "cell" and "powers" makes it run soo fast it appears like a seven hour game.
definitely excited for it, i want to get it but not at release since its so close to halo3 probably in December since lost odyssey got pushed back. I hope this game does well.
even if the ps3 gets to $400 its not like the 360 wont drop it another $50, same thing will happen ps3 will get a bump then the 360 will get a bigger bump. Imo the ps3 will never have a price advantage of the 360. Also its not like they have any killer apps this year to sell systems, i mean Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, and UT3 might move some but compared to the amount Halo3 will move its nothing.
Also any PS2 owner will tell you what made the ps2 so great was the games, specifically GTA,MGS,FF, and GT and guess NONE of those games are coming out this year!!

I know it only had 4 days but Blue Dragon is nowhere to be found. Oh well I guess Americans are racist because they didn't buy the game just like the Japanese supposedly are according to some people on this site.Dencore
um... buddy neither is warhawk nor lair got into the top 20 either so its not like Americans or racist its just those games released very late in August.
