I love the .Hack series. No wait, let me rephrase that. I LUUUVV the .Hack series. The games, the anime, plot, characters, everything. I've dreamed of playing a real 'the world' mmo, just gotta keep telling myself "Next year will be the year..."

In the meantime, TGS has given me my psp GOTY right here

I decided to pass up on Tales of the World: RM2 (just in case it gets a NA release date), but not on this one. This is day one.

Valkyrie Profile

Bonjourno

I take pride in the fact that I have not had to consult a walkthrough for a very long time. That was yesterday: Valkyrie Profile is trully hardcore, a totally different experience; I'd even go so far as to say you can't beat this game without some sort of outside help. But dammit, its still fun. I'm just 10 years late to the party

I remember when I first went into the Cave of Oblivion. I was like, "Hey! A monster! Lets kill it!" I died shortly after.

I wish for all rpg fans to play this masterpiece

Inglorious Basterds

Man, what a good movie. Even though normally I dislike Historical fiction, this was put together very well. And dark, very dark. My first Quentin Tarantino film.

Key line: "Watching donnie killin' nazi's is the closest we ever get to the movies"

Still have to catch the Baader Meinhoff complex and Ponyo...

Can I has health care now plz?

You didn't get mad when the Supreme Court stopped a legal recount and appointed a president

You didn't get mad when Cheney allowed Energy company officials to dictate energy policy

You didn't get mad when a covert CIA operative got outed

You didn't get mad when the Patriot Act got passed

You didn't get mad when we illegaly invaded another country that posed no threat to us

You didn't get mad when we spent over 600 billion (and counting) on said illegal war

You didn't get mad when 10 billion dollars just disappeared into Iraq

You didn't get mad when you saw the Abu Grahib photos

You didn't get mad when you found out we were torturing people

You didn't get mad when the government was illegally wiretapping Americans

You didn't get mad when we didn't catch Bin Laden

You didn't get mad when we saw the horrible conditions at Walter Reed

You didn't get mad when we let a major US city drown

You didn't get mad when the deficit hit the trillion dollar mark

You finally got mad when...when...wait for it...when the government decided that people in America deserved the right to see a doctor if they are sick. Yes, illegal wars, lies, corruption, torture, stealing your tax dollars to make the rich richer, are all OK, but helping other Americans...well **** that.

I'm seriously thinking about moving to Europe, anywhere, I don't care. This situation is that embarassing

Anyone else get angry when...

A game like Wii sports resort can sell half a million in a week, while great games like Monster Hunter Tri will hardly be able to break that number in a year? (In NA at least; It sold 538k in Japan in 2 days)

I'm thinking that Japan has better taste in games, if you don't count the whole eroge thing...which are not all bad >_>

Blazblue

Going to be a short one: its a fun game, easy to button mash, weird characters - definitely made by arksys (GG guys)

Wouldn't say that it's worth 60 dollars (Online doesn't lag much though), but I liked it better than SFIV, which yes, coincidentally I suck at

And so it begins, the Real revolution

Lo and behold, Grand Slam Tennis for the Wii, the (first) second wii game to use Wiimotion plus - Why? To feel more...realistic I guess.

And I bought it, which was a bit of a rip off because it doesn't come with the Wiimotion + like with the tiger woods game - big ripoff (50 dollar game + 20 friggin dollar addon). I'll keep it short:Of course I had try out Nadal and Federer, and you can create your own avatar but it starts out with crappy stats; Multiplayer was fun, but the thing was - it really didn't feel different from regular motion controls. Sure it was more complex than Wii sports, but jeez, it didn't feel like 1:1 at all.Maybe I was doing it wrong.

Its been almost 6 months...

And its finally the end of the school year ...! Of course that means finding work, vacation time, and looking at colleges...UCONN most likely. No idea when I'll post again...could be next week, month, year....nah.

Of course I've been extremely busy procrastinating,Dissidia, Final Fantasy IV, and Disgaea to name a few. Havent actually touched the ol' Wii since ... december? The Conduit,Tales of Graceand Muramasa are the only games I'm really looking forward to, along with Golden Sun DS and Mario and Luigi rpg 3. Its the year of the handhelds, again.

Oh and yes, I liked prototype better than infamous.

OCD in my Vesperia? Very likely

This game is just too good to shut up about. I've been playing nonstop, and its killing me in school. But I've been wasting so much time talking to every single CPU (I don't know why, I just can't leave the town until I've done it) and since every time an event happens in a town, all the dialogue gets reset, I end up talking to all the CPUs at least 3 times. And thats usually about 20 people.

But its great
