Super Mario 3D World with extra content on the Switch is awesome, I'm happy about that. Super Mario 3D All Stars is cool I guess, but no Super Mario Galaxy 2 included is lame, and unfortunately for me, I've already replayed all 3 games enough times that I don't feel like playing them anymore. I'm also out of a job at the moment, so who knows if I'll even get to buy it before it stops being for sale... The limited run thing is an odd choice. Don't care about the rest of the other stuff.

On a sidenote, I'm unlucky enough to be one of the people who isn't happy and satisfied with what everyone else seems to love to bits, and I have been continously disappointed with the Switch line-up. Everyone praises and loves Odyssey, I enjoyed Super Mario Sunshine and the Galaxy games vastly more. Loved those. Found Odyssey disappointing. Everyone praises and loves Breath of the Wild, and I agree with some of it, but other things I disliked, and I vastly prefer Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess, all of which are games I love to bits. Luigi's Mansion 3 was better than 2, but still nowhere close to the first game. The atmosphere is all wrong; It's not even dark. Paper Mario: The Origami King is still not a proper RPG Paper Mario like the first two fantastic games on the N64 and GameCube. So far the only game I've been properly happy and satisfied with on the Switch is Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, and that's a remake of a 10 year old game. Super Mario Party was decent too I guess. Way too few and small stages though.

I don't like the direction Nintendo is going. It's like they've gone forward in some ways only to go backwards in other ways; Breath of the Wild has a fairly nice open world in terms of things to do and explore, but lacks a focused story, interesting characters, enemy variety, and proper dungeons (the latter of which really detracts from the game for me), all of which the previous 3D Zelda games had. And whoever decided to bring in the weapon breaking mechanic should be fired. In Odyssey, you have nice sandbox worlds, but way too many uninspired moons just lying around, and very little in the way of interesting changes to each world itself depending on which moon chapter you're tackling (though there are some. Festival in that city stage was great, and when it temporarily changed to night time in the desert stage), unlike Sunshine and the Galaxy games. Luigi's Mansion 3 introduces a lot of variety, which is cool, and it's also the longest Luigi's Mansion game so far, but it almost completely lacks the type of dark atmosphere the first game has, which to me is essential. The first really feels like a ghost mansion. The hotel in 3 does not. The portrait ghosts were also much better than the boss ghosts in 3, and there were more of them. I really miss being properly happy and satisfied with the games Nintendo make, and the fact that most other people seem to love them makes me worry I'll never feel truly satisfied again in the future either...

Man, this sucks...Now I'm depressed...He was clearly such a great guy and shining beacon, and 43 is way too young. I've had it up to here with goddamn cancer, it keeps killing everyone who deserve better, way too early, including family members and friends of my family. I fucking hate cancer, I wish we could do something about it already! >_<

@sladakrobot: Okay, so I've played the DE version for a bit now, having made it to Makna Forest and Frontier Village. And I have to say, I can't see any of the visual sacrifices you're talking about. All I see is a game that looks leaps and bounds more beautiful than the original, especially the character models. Add in all the improvements in this version, like the ones you mentioned, and Expert Mode, the arranged music and other things, and for me it's a clear case of making an already almost perfect game even more perfect. I definitely think this is the better version of the game by far.

@sladakrobot: Why not? The original was already a 10 to me, and the Switch version only makes improvements without taking anything away, so that makes it a 10 to me. If they changed or ruined a lot of things, that would be a different story, but they didn't.

How about quitting it with the multiplayer DLC nonsense in a game that is first and firemost a singleplayer game, and instead giving us a "hidden mansion" type new singleplayer game mode, like in the first game, where stuff is actually dark, and with appropriate music, like it should be. This game is great otherwise, but it really failed to set the mood, unlike the first game. No included new game mode for beating the game just makes that fact even worse. The first game had both of those things.

I managed to play through the first two chapters just fine, but then for some reason, whenever I get to the part in chapter 3 where Eli opens the door to the control room, my computer restarts. :-( The game and/or steam doesn't just crash, my computer restarts. It always happens in that exact same spot, whether I have my graphic settings set to ultra or potato. If it was something that happened in various different spots, when on higher settings, I would assume it's my PSU that's not up to par with the rest of the powerful components in my computer, but I don't know why my computer would consistently restart at the same spot, with the graphic settings set to the lowest possible, when I was able to play through the first two chapters with everything set to ultra, no problem. So I think it must be the game.

Don't know why the second movie gets this kind of flack, I thought it was even better and cooler than the first one. Third one was a bit of a letdown though, true. I still liked it though.

Also, Lana and Lilly Wachowski? Who? The movies were directed by Andy and Larry Wachowski. So they've somehow switched genders now, I guess? Hmm. I learn something new all the time I guess. *shrug* I had no idea, so your article confused me at first.

Which reminds me...Please proofread your articles before you post them...There are several typos, and Jessica Jones ran for 3 seasons, not two.
