So GameSpot thinks we should be excited about a Star Wars TV series from the company that ruined Star Wars, and for a bunch of mediocre and/or bad superhero shows (Arrow being the only good one). :-/ Your taste is pretty bad, GameSpot...
@candyman212: This so much. I'll never forgive them for what they did to Westwood and the C&C franchise. I friggin' loved those games. Still do (I dust off the old games and replay them from time to time).
@dinamo4ever: All of this (I especially will never forgive them for ruining Westwood and the C&C franchise for me...). And prior to God of War's release, they said that gamers don't want story driven singleplayer games. Then God of War came out, and yeah, we saw how wrong they were about that. I swear, they (or at least the company bosses anyway) only care about money, not their fans. They only care about what fans want to the extent that they need to make something that fans will play, so they can make money. They don't actually care about pleasing the fans in and of itself, like Santa Monica Studios, CD Project Red, and Capcom do.
I mean I thought the answer to 6 was painfully obvious. Dr. Strange and Wong took care of notifying everyone and bringing them to the battle. Obviously. Peter mentions this to Tony, and there's also Dr. Strange's line to Wong: "Is that everyone?", and Wong's response: "What, you wanted more?". And that's in addition to the fact that you can clearly see everyone being brought to the location through those portals that the magicians make. You really shouldn't need to ask.
Man, I don't want to buy another Playstation console already, I still have a huge library of games for both the PS4 and PS3 that I haven't played yet (I don't have a huge amount of free time)...The PS4 is already powerful enough as far as I'm concerned, and the games on it are great, and look great too. I don't need a console that is as powerful as good modern computers, because then the price will probably be that much more expensive...
I wish people would stop being so DLC hungry these days. I personally prefer to have no DLC's in my favourite, complete games, because then I know I have the full game on my disc, and won't ever lose stuff because it can no longer be downloaded or whatever. I prefer physical discs over digital releases for the same reason. I rarely play the games I really like only once. I tend to come back to them years later (I don't really sell off my favourite games, I tend to keep them). God of War was an amazing game, and I'd much rather the team focus all their efforts on a complete and worthy sequel, than have more DLC stuff. New Game+ was already plenty cool enough of a bonus to me. It's good to see other comments in here saying we don't need a DLC though, and that those comments are getting a lot of likes. Lets me know I'm not alone.
@warriorsq: Right, because the fact that I don't mind a bit of fanservice in videogames means I'm sexist. That makes perfect sense. Lol. Is your head not working properly? Also, even aside from that, if you'd bothered to read my other comments and responses further down in this thread, you'd know I'm anything but sexist. Far from it. You'd also notice from the likes and comments that a lot of people in this thread are having the same reaction to this review that I'm having.
