I have no idea why everyone hates on the game's gameplay so badly. This video easily looks more fun than Halo Reach (IMO) that's for sure. Alot of you just blindly hate Killzone 3 based off of killzone 2, without actually giving this game a chance based off ofits own merits. This game easily has 9.5 on lock.
I dont know why people are supurised about this. They are listening to EVERYTHING the fans and the haters asked for, and this was at the top of the list. I also dont understand why people think it would be hard to get slitscreen in the game without a downgrade. Given what Guerrilla and other sony devs have done on the platform, im pretty including a feature like this isnt exactly out of their capacity lol.

It is fail. I never understood why sony doesnt just pour money into marketing for their games like microsoft and activision does. Especially when their games are of the same quality, and arguably higher in production values. If activision had any of the quality IP's that sony has, they would be the standout IP's of that publisher's catalogue.

I was 13 when I played Metroid Prime in 2002, and I was so affected by the atmosphere of isolation that I couldn't even complete the game. It just made me feel so lonely. KZ2 really had a great atmosphere, but I felt it was ruined whenever Rico talked, it just pulled me out of the experience. :( I liked the solitary feel. I liked how the story was able to develop with no spoken dialogue, and I liked the music the game played when you were out of combat. Man, that was a perfect game.
Hmm...bashing the 360...making pro PS3 threads which also bash the 360...you look incredibly familiar to a couple of users that have been here and been banned some months ago...
Oh, and regarding the highlight, this is the GameSpot System Wars forum. Bringing up Metacritic and Gametankings numbers aren't going to help you here. :)

You're right, it's extremely common for level 1 posters to come into System Wars and start threads trolling one system or another...especially if they've been here before...:wink:

This board is called System Wars for a reason lol. What are we supposed to talk about? And "Trolling"? I am having a civilized ddebate about 2 platforms. If you think this is "Trolling" then you obviously have never been to Bodybuilding.com's MISC forum, or 4 Chan before. Trolling is usually making span threads that have nothing to do with the board topic, and do nothing but disrupt the flow of the forums. Most "trolls" do things like posting porn or gore and crap like that. "Trolling" =/= having a different console preference than someone else. And apparently, gamespots definition of trolling is to "offend other users intentionally". I will say this again: If you are offended on a personal level by ANYTHING someone says about a peice of plastic, then you need to get your priorities in life together.
I was going by Gamerankings/Metacritic numbers, but thats the same thing IM saying. 9.5=9.5. It is 360 fanboys who are saying that that isnt true lol. To them 9.5+10 million sales > 9.5 + 4 million sales.

This game looks like it could be the next Metroid Prime 1. In terms of what? Story, gameplay atmosphere? Atmostphere. IMO Metroid prime 1 has the best atmosphere ever in gaming. Followed by metal gear and GOW, but Metroid prime 1 is pretty much the embodiment of great atmosphere lol.
