I simply won't buy games like this anymore, and no one should. There are too many good games to play out there to put up with this. It's time for EA to go. They don't belong in this Industry, and they need to be destroyed, burnt to the ground, and rended from ever doing harm again.

We had Expansion Packs and Developer tools were provided to the Gamers so that The Modding Community could create THOUSANDS of new Experiences, and even ENTIRELY NEW GAMES (Remember Total Conversions?)

That may be Business, but it's nod Good Business, and not the way a Business should be run.

I guess all Game Companies were operating out of Cardboard Boxes and asking gamers for change on the street before DLC.

@Cyber_Skaarj I've been lamenting on this point for the past couple of days, and you are absolutely right. I'm glad there are still a few left who remember what the World was like before EA and Activision turned so many into Go-Along Zombies who will muddle through ANYTHING that is thrown at them.

I've even seen people get pissed and hostile when you bring points like the one you made up.

It's almost like people LIKE Being conned, They LIKE the scam, The Facade, they LIKE being treated like Mindless Cattle who are just fed and the Graze in total submission.

As for your statement, it makes my head hurt. I'm not going to bother going through all of that again, because it's not worth my time, and sadly, I don't think you can, or want to understand any of it, but just in case you ever become interested in actually having some perspective, TRY READING IT AGAIN, and THINK.

EA and Activision are Pariahs to the gaming industry that milk you for all your money, and deliver mass marketed, dumbed down, diluted, terminally mediocre experiences streamlined for the lowest common denominator.

If it makes you happy to be cattle for Corporate profit at the expense of the entire industry and the quality of games we get to play, then I guess it's a waste of time to even talk to you.

Some people can't be reached, and will go along with ANYTHING as long as they can Zombie out and not think about the reality of things.

My hope is that people like you WAKE UP and stop supporting predatory Business Models like this. It's ruining gaming, and even if you're too lazy to care, the majority of us AREN'T.
