Well, I could get the 24" monitor for like 350 dollars. I know I need an 880GTX for that type of resolution, but for right now I am only going with one 2900PRO, so I will probably play games at a lower resolution. In the future I will have a crossfire set up, so I will be ok. I just don't want to waste a lot of money right now on cards. Once I have the crossfire set up this resolution should be no problem.
it has an 8ms response time, I was actually going to get this monitor instead LINK the first one is a 24" though, I would rather spend a little more money to get that. do you think it's a good monitor? thanks

I would never buy it for very simple reasons. 1. I am building a gaming PC next week so I will be playing Gears and Crysis next month and also BioShock. I am not an RPG type gamer so I don't care for Mass Effect. Top that with the fact that I also own a PS3, so I will get to play GT5 MGS4 KillZone2 LittleBigPlanet next year. I am playing WarHawk, HS, Dirt right now and waiting for Uncharted (it's RPG, but I might pick it up). So next week, I believe that I will have the Best Gaming combo, and the 360 just doesn't seem like it offers me anything not to mention the RROD. Yes, I played Halo3 for 4 hours over a network with friends and IMO it's an overrated game with nothing special. I'd rather play WarHawk online.
:lol:, Desperate, desperate people.....God, the PS3 is getting very cheap and by that time it will have some of the most amazing games and it's a lot more reliable than the 360, plays Blu-Ray out of the box, so go get one. what's wrong with you guys?

Seriously? Too Human, Halo Wars, Splinter Cell Convictions, Fable 2, Alan Wake and Ninja Gaiden 2 all not on other CONSOLES! Plus other huge games like GTA 4, DMC 4, UT 3, RE 5 and Silent Hill 5 are multiplat!!! The 360 is going to be just fine! Future projects exclusive to the 360 also include Peter Jackson's Halo game, Gears of War 2 and 3, Too Human 2 and 3, RARE games and more!!!
Yeah, the 360 has very few games going for it in 2008, but they are not system sellers, except for maybe NG2, and when you put it up against the PS3's line up for 08, you will see that the 360 almost has nothing. You can't count the Multiplats my friend because if anything the choice is obvious on what console to buy for multiplat games. The PS3 doesn't have any hardware problems and the multiplats are pretty much the same nowadays and will get better in the future, so why would you pick up a 360 to play these multiplats where you can pick up a PS3 for about the same price (399) and have a reliable console, Play GT5 MGS4 KillZone LittleBigPlanet FF13 + the Multiplats. I am sorry but I am expecting a pretty bad future for the 360 if M$ does not solve those hardware problems.
