What are you talking about? Stoners? I thought weed affected short-term memory, thus their grades would suffer if school is based on memory. Space Moose specifically said he's seen morons get good grades. I assume he means stoners when he says morons. But if school is based on what you can remember, and stoners lack in that department, how can they get good grades?

Would you rather buy a condo or a house?

Some people like condos because they don't have to maintain the yard, and the exterior of their condo is usually the responsibility of someone else.
Others prefer houses for the increased sense of privacy and the extra bit of room that usually comes along with it.
And still others would rather just pay rent somewhere.

Which way would you go if you had to make a decision such as this?

I'm a house guy. Sorry to condo lovers, but I don't get it.

Heh, well, I live in a condo, and I love it because of the reasons you mentioned, plus cleaning up around home is easier too since it's a smaller space. I don't have to worry about privacy because I only have a neighbor on one side, and the walls are fairly thick. Condos are easier to sell too. All property issues go through the HOA, so you never have to deal with those types of annoyances. My balcony and the view from it are spectacular, and I have a lot of cool people around me in the neighborhood, including some VERY sexy women, so I can't complain. Lots of dogs and cats running around too and I love animals. It's pretty cool actually.

If I could afford a house though, I would probably do it, but only because I plan of having a family, and I figure I might as well get the extra space whenever I can.
