For christ sakes the joy of this game comes from learning from your own mistakes. Don't ask people to hold your hand.

hey,

I'm on an 80GB PS3 Fat (the version right before the slim came out, no BC)

newest updated firmware

i ordered Dead Space, NEW, came in from amazon today sealed and all

when i put the game in, i start it and everything goes smoothly. After pressing start at the title screen, it begins to load the trophies onto my PSN but then stops at 80%, says

"an error has occurred. (80022D03)"

I press circle and it says "please quit Dead Space", without any option to play anyway.

I then return to the XMB.

i've tried it 6 times.

of the six,

one was after a system shut down/turn on

one was signed into PSN like normal

one was with no ethernet connected

one was on a different account

EA support lines are closed.

Could someone please help me play this game I just paid for.

:(

oh so much frustration. I played competitive to about level 15 and then sorta stopped. i totally agree on what you said about the game requiring wayyyyy too many bullets even at point blank to kill an opponent. The weekend a few weeks ago when they turned down everyone's health level to 65% (like in Crushing) was the best weekend. The action was super balanced, fast, and way more fun. Kills were more realistic and you played, shot, blah blah and then spawned in a few seconds and were back in. it was awesome. please naughty dog, bring back the lowered health!!!!!! (or make it a seperate game mode? :) )

i'd say God of War Collection, unless you're deep into the whole RPG thing. GoW will be a fun action game right from the get-go.

9. I'll play a great game without them, but, before i played ps3, i had a 360, and i played Lego star wars on it with my little brother. now i ordered lego star wars complete saga for ps3 to play with him again, and it has no trophies. bummer :(
