IGN overblew the framerate issue. Sure, its a problem and does make the ps3 version the worst, but it doesn't make the game unplayable or 1.1 worse than the 360 counter-part.ultima-flare

We are talking about frame rate issues in a 3 year old game here. There shouldn't be any on current gen consoles and they were right to score it lower because of it.
