Why are you even trying to use this against them? You do realize that what they are doing is basically the same thing as it is now? Both X360 and PS3 let publishers block you if they please.

And i'm pretty sure that other than some of THQ's games, which shut down, Warner Bros, which are asses, and EA, which dropped the passes, no one else does this.

SONY is basically telling you " If you have a problem with it, take it to the publisher, we won't stand in your way"

While Microsoft, being the dumb fucks they are, will now take all the heat regardless of how much this choice was influenced by the publisher or not.
