There's a disturbing lack of real engineering knowledge in this thread. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since most archeologists and historians who write the history don't have a very solid grasp of these things themselves. A real lack of appreciation for what it takes to machine granite and diorite blocks weighing hundreds of tons in some cases to such tolerances that you can't shine a light between the blocks or slide a piece of paper between them at least several thousand years after they were set in place. Oh, by the way.. no mortar was used. Oh, and there were no roads to transport the rock on either.
By the way, you're going to be working with some tools that look like modern garden implements and can't even scratch the surface of some of these stones. Get to work.
Take those tools and go try to quarry and finish some granite and diorite. Oh by the way.. You can't be off by more than a couple of microns when you're finishing the inside of the king's chamber. Let me know when you're done with that. Yeah, yeah.. I know these tools will barely scratch the rock. There are thousands of slaves, I'm sure it will be no issue. Go get that done for me.
All the while, Indian vedic texts are being written that talk about Gods flying in Vimanas and dropping weapons that cause a flash brighter than a thousand suns. The explosions cause people and elephants to catch on fire and jump in the rivers, and have the unfortunate effect of making the hair and fingernails of survivors fall out after the fact.. not to mention vomiting and premature death. Nevermind that we can go to Mohenjo Daro today and find highly elevated radiation readings and people's bones in the streets that have been preserved by radiation.
I mean guys.. Really? This doesn't mean something to you? Even when there is archeological evidence to support high technology in the ancient world, people won't accept it. It's too far out of their world view and shakes things up too much. Might have to edit some history books and accept some things we don't want to.. better just leave that part out. Disgusting.

Ok, all you are trying to do is refute the evidence that ancients had the technology to build these structures, but yet are providing no evidence that should make us believe that aliens did it instead. Of the two options, I find the aliens theory highly unlikely, and thus I accept the humans building "theory". C'mon, you don't even really need evidence to debate this point- you only need logic.
