I feel lucky that platforming games of this caliber are still being made today. Don't you?

Nintendo have successfully introduced a system into 30 million parents homes that allows their children to simulate bloody motion sensing violence.

I'm rather looking forward to how this one turns out.

Who agree's with me?

Hey look, another uninspired generic PS2-looking Wii game.

Great.

Rahnyc4

what makes it uninspired and generic? what makes it even ps2 looking? its basically a small tech demo of the game, which is hardly complete. people are too quick to jump to conclusion.

He's just upset that Wii is getting all the third party development.

It looks "uninspired and generic" because it looks like a billion other games we've seen a billion other times. There is nothing compelling or original in those screens.RuprechtMonkey

Large scale Survival Horror games aren't that common dude. I'm happy with it's announcement.

It's English isn't it? I know that the UK is a dominant videogame developing nation.

We brought the world Lemmings, and then the same developer went on to develop Grand Theft Auto. :P

Hell if you want to get technical, we brough the world Videogames.

Heavy Rain. That's it, and I was already hyped as soon as this game was announced.

Disappointing.

[QUOTE="Ninja-Hippo"]I liked no more heroes, but the concept of "punk games" is hilariously rediculous.ukillwegrill

If Killzone and Halo are both hardcore then bring on the punk.

Wow, get life kid.

Also ... It didnt start "punk games"

Jet Set Radio is more punk ... and ALOT better.

No more heroes is lame.

It's okay if you don't get it.

They should all go to their roots.

Although my favorite Silicon Knights game was the first Blood Omen for PC. Way different to the following Legacy of Kain games.

Wow, there's like 4 simultaneous arguments going on in this thread. Is anyone else getting lost?

[QUOTE="Tony-Harrison"][QUOTE="heretrix"][QUOTE="Tony-Harrison"]

I don't care. There aren't any FPS's on the Xbox360 that are as good as System Shock 2.

tarzanell

That's a pretty weak dodge. In fact, it's downright embarrassing.

First Person Shooters are a lame genre. Dead. Last generation. Dodo.

I've played enough shooters for one lifetime. From Shadow Warrior to System Shock 2. Halo sucks and has always sucked.

What about Metroid Prime 3?

There are exceptions such as Bioshock and yes Metroid Prime 3. But there is generally a lot of shooterware on the Xbox360.

Halo isn't bad, it's just tired and old. Killzone is pathetic scripted and ugly.
