It's a carefully constructed and almost flawless pyramid scheme in return for "salvation". It claims to cure mental health issues and physical conditions, though not proven. It also attacks and stalks any members or non-members claiming not to be acting in the interests of the cult.

Yeah I do. Not because I like to listen to their ideas, but it's damn hilarious just how out of touch they are with reality.

and vietnam did attack us, they attacked two of our destroyers which basically triggered the war. Don't lie.

yoshi-lnex

No, the US actualy provoked the Vietnamese into war by running their ship into Vietnamese waters just like the Lucitania.

That's pretty ignorant and incosiderate. Trashface

How is it ignorant and inconsiderate? A two party political system doesn't cater for the majority, most people are a mix of both left and right wing politics yet, there are only two successful parties, a far left, and far right party.

So if someone agrees with the majority of a party's views, they shouldn't consider themselves a part of the party? Or should they change their views to avoid aligning themselves? What you said makes no sense. Trashface

No, what I said made every bit of sense, you just don't understand it. :)

I will say that people should only align themselves if their views match and not to hold a label. As far as WW2, don't you know that many of the people against the Iraq war would be against WW2 if they had been around in that time period?Trashface

You don't know that, it's mere speculation.

How is it people are against genocide in Sudan and democrats think we should help, but wanted us to stand by while Hussein slaughtered hundreds of thousands? Double standard.Trashface

Exactly, a product of the two party political system.

I am not a fan of any futbol team. Can't say I don't like the sport, just doesn't inerest me I guess. Now Football is an amazing sport and the Cleveland Browns are my team and Ohio State Buckeyes.drufeous

Quit trying to create a phase where football is called 'futbol'. No-one calls it that and it's not gonna catch on.

[QUOTE="Gamefan1986"]I don't know why international audiences don't give our brand of football a chance, I mean, soccer has a reasonable following here. You guys overseas took a liking to basketball pretty well so give one of our other sports a shot. I don't blame you for not being into baseball though, that's boring.Banestyrelsen

American football isn't more popular in Europe is the same reason why rugby isn't more popular. In other words, if there was any demand for a game in this category, Europeans would have picked up rugby in a much larger scale decades ago.

I think the reason why basketball became relatively popular in Europe, apart from the Globetrotters, was because it's an easy game with intuitive rules. Someone who doesn't know the game at all can watch it and tell what's going on and share in the excitement. This is not really the case with American football and Baseball. American sports:

from least to most complex: basketball, volleyball, ice hockey, American football and baseball.

by order of popularity in Europe: basketball, volleyball, ice hockey, American football and baseball.

See the connection? It's not because they are American sports, it's because nobody wants to spend time rounding up a dozen friends and make an effort to figure out how to play an obscure foreign game nobody else plays when you can just play an established sport like soccer. A good parallel is cricket, a really complex game which is only really played in former Commonwealth nations.

Still, American football is probably more popular in Europe than rugby except in countries where rugby (Union) has been popular for a long time, such as the UK, France and Italy.American football is also a fairly expensive sport if you want to buy the equipment, which is hard to find over here.

This guy is right apart from the last paragraph. rugby is more popular than american football, regardless of countries who majorily participate in it.

[QUOTE="Sports-Fan"][QUOTE="keiblerfan69"][QUOTE="The_Dude14"]

And was it me or Belichek* in a hurry to get off the field or what? Doesn't hang around for that last play, only gives the token handshake to Coughlin and no one else. I suppose I shouldn't be shocked after everything that's happened. I don't think Belichek* quite understands the meaning of sportsmanship.

keiblerfan69

He really is. I mean he just left the field. Total disrespect for the game and the players on both teams.

What else should he have done? He shook the hand of the opposing coach, and let him have the spotlight. It isn't his fault the stupid NFL rule made them play out the last second.

So its stupid that they require them to finish the most important game of the year?

But Arsenal vs. Manchester United is two weeks away.
