I don't agree with all of the 17 titles listed in this article. Maybe only a new Metal Gear Solid, as long as it's produced and developed by Hideo Kojima Productions.
Anyway, my point at this matter in general is that a sequel is not supposed to be a so called "filler". Most of the titles here don't need a sequel and are already concluded. Forcing sequels to such will just distract the main project line and end up being something which was never intended nor wanted.
Opinions might be different, but compared to what we had in the times were the Manga and even the Anime was new, there was a lot better projects than that. Reading through the Manga everything could be anticipated of what's going to happen and there was not really much of thrilling scenes nor shocking moments in Dragonball. To be honest, the Dragonball projects were even worse compared to most other projects which were existing at that times and now even less than ever, with all the new Anime and Manga projects released since the past centuries (Even within its own Shōnen genre).
The only decent reason why it has become so popular in the western regions is probably because there wasn't many of the Anime and maybe Manga projects released in our regions and Dragonball was one of those which went pretty popular in the TV and reached lots of people that way. So games could be sold very well too, although the Dragonball game series are not even that good in the fighting game genre.
I bet most of those Dragonball fans don't even know about the existence of most greater and more stunning projects. Dragonball in my opinion is just completely drained stale.

That guy who sells the Destiny Ghost Edition on ebay is trolling. I can confirm that the bidder is always the same who pushed the bid up to $1k .
Also, Destiny will never be worth such money, this game is neither epic nor something new in gameplay and/or graphics. It doesn't even reach the capability of today's possibilities in gaming development. Of course Destiny looks great, but it doesn't fit to every point of its content. You mustn't even play the game to see that fact...
