1. Lower the price - if that means you have to unbundle kinect so be it.

2. Do not make it mandatory for it to be connected to the console at all times.

3. Don't mention the word 'CLOUD', not even once.... it really has no meaning to consumers anymore.

Once you have done the above, simply shut the **** up, no smart-ass PR comments, just shhhhhhh until the console it launched.
