But they have been made multiple genres of games, and have been steady with lots of critical acclaim.

I don't think length of time should matter, however I believe other devs are more worthy of a position within the poll. What about Valve and Nintendo? These are both companies I would put in place of ND, especially Nintendo.

Length of time certainly does matter.

Whenever you can do anything for 20+ years, you certainly get default respect that gets factored in...that's pretty much true in pretty much anything

Why's ND up there? No doubt they're a good dev, but couldn't you think of others that would better fill the spot?
