What do you think are the best video game osts. I'd say:
FFX(probably the best ost ever)
MGS(all the themes, not just the main one)
Halo(main theme)
Crisis Core(amazing ost)
KH(a couple of themes)
should be 150.00, they do have the right to refuse any console that comes to them.just make sure it looks clean, and its not hacked up. you call customer service, you talk, they send a box via ups,(2-5days),you pack it and send it,you get it back in about two weeks.ironstealth86
So they can refuse repairing the console if they want? In what cases would they refuse to repair it? If a friend gave me his broken ps3 would they say anything like we arent going to let you repair it since you didnt buy it?
How much does Sony charge to repair a non-warranty ps3. Also, how bad can the condition be that they repair it? Will they repair anything?
And what is the whole repairing process look like? You contact Sony and then what happens. Do you have to give out info. Can I get the whole process, its important
thanks
[QUOTE="Ninja-Hippo"][QUOTE="OhComeOn_me"][QUOTE="outbreak201"]exercise at least 30 mins a day....whatch what you eat....and also make sure you eat breakfest...really its that simple. -Xcalibur-
sounds easy but it really isnt as simple as saying it
It definately isn't that simple. Like i said, i exercise more than anyone i know. :? My buddy is training to join the parachute regiment and he doesn't even do as much exercie as i do.
I'm the exact same as you, I run on a daily basis (usually about 3-5 miles) and have a weightlifting schedule. I workout way too much, yet I can't seem to work off that belly fat. My abs are also rock hard as I can easily push out 150+ crunches at a time, yet all that work is disguised.
Anyway, I have lost nearly 100lbs since I started working out (270 to 170lbs), and I figure the last place im gonna lose the fat is the stomach/backfat area. I just started going back to eating strictly healthy foods and watching my carbs while keeping a large amount of protein in me. Hopefully it'll work out for me as the rest of my body is lean and muscular.
Kind of creepy how similar of a situation we're in.
Great job on the fatloss. Anyways, I think you should wikipedia "overtraining" because you might be doing it. And abs are built in the kitchen, not the gym. No matter how good your abs are, if your bodyfat% isnt low enough, they wont show. Also doing 150 crunches is plain stupid. Abs are like any other muscle group. Would you curl for 150 reps or bench for 150 reps? Aim do go heavy on crunches by adding weight and perfrom only 8-14 reps. If you cant get the weights, start doing hanging leg raises.
Most important though is getting your diet in check, I would look into carb/calorie cycling if you have enough mass to go the last mile for the six pack. If not, Id suggest you bulk and try add as much weight as possible(in a lean way of course).
