Anybody remember the game Black and White creatures? It was supposed to come out for the DS, and it was really hyped up by a couple game magazines. I was looking forward to the game even before I got my DS, it was supposed to be awesome. You could raise a creature, which would eventually become a giant god. You could do what ever you wanted. You could help villagers plant crops and hunt and become a good, respected god. Or, mehehe, you could become evil, destroying cities and eating the citizens. Your creature would develop according to how you interacted with the environment. Also, some type of WiFi mode was supposed to be supported. Awesome game right? Then, out of nowhere, canceled. Bam, just canceled. No reason that I can percieve. I still wish I could play this game, it souded so cool! I guess it gets added to the graveyard of great games that could have been (looking at you sonic extreme.)

Wow, don't you just love hamburgers? They are the best! I have been craving them like crazy for the past year or so. Best burger I have ever had is the Hardee's Thickburger. Pure burger bliss. Honorable mentions go to the new McDonalds 1/3 pound Angus burger. Quiet a good burger, but not quite Thickburger terriroty. Also, Wendy's is a great place for a smaller burger. I love their Mushroom-bacon swiss burger. Another good burger is the Bacon Cheddar burger from Rallys. MHHhhmmmmm. But, I must digress, the Thickburger is, and always will be, the undisputed king of all burgers.

Oh yes, and I can haz cheezburger. Thank you.

OK, well as you can se, I got my Blog header up! As you can also see, a majority of it is chopped of by the gamespot page, lol. Well, any ideas guys?

Well, I downloaded GIMP 2.6 today just because I had wanted to try my hand at image editing and the sorts. So, I made I blog header I am pretty proud of (it isn't that good, but it is my first time, so I am happy with the results). I am trying to upload it to gamespot directly from my computer, but Gamespot keeps telling me that, "The Filename of the image to be uploaded cannot contain spaces". I compressed it to50K andsaved it in theJPEG format. Any ideas on whats going wrong? Thanks for any help!

Well, while browsing Wiiware today, I decided to search games by developers. I found high voltage studios, and what do you know, they made Gyrostar! For all those who don't know what it is, it is an Arcade style spaceship shooting game. A lot of fun, and only 7 or 8 dollars. HVS also has some other games for Wiiware, although I cannot remember what they were at this moment. Anyways, thought that was cool. Thats all for now.

Well, I just bought the Conduit yesterday, so I thought I would give my experience so far.

First off, things were not going so good. It took nearly ten minutes to find everyone for a match, and then the match never happend. After that, I finally got in a match, but couldn't move or shoot. I could only look around. I restarted my wii, and this happend again. I restarted again and got into a match and that time my screen was completely black. SO, after about 45 minutes of not being able to play, I finally got into a match. It was super laggy and everyone was jumping around and all in all be cowards. It sucked. My next match glitched again, and by this time, I was regreting buying the game at all.

Well, then it happend. I got on to a perfect lag free match where no little cowards were jumping around and all that junk. It was a bounty hunter match with the explosive weapon set; the level was sanctum. After the ten minute match, I no longer had any regrets. That was the most fun I have had in a long time! Next we played ASE football with the close range weapon set on complex. OMG, I love this game!

Yah, that is my experience so far. To anyone thinking about buying this game, but they are not sure about it, go out and get it. It rox.

In an interveiw between a G4reporter and a High Voltage Studios programmer, this was said:

"Finally, one last note of interest to Nintendo fanboys: At the end of the demo, I asked Matt Corso if they had pushed the Wii as far as it could go. His response: "This is just the tip of the iceberg, there are new graphical technologies we've already developed that came along too late to include in The Conduit."

So, The Conduit, which already looks amazing, is just the tip of the Ice-berg! Can't wait to see what we get from HVS next!

Also, I can't wait to see what "The Grinder" and "Gladiator A.D." from HVS studios turns out like. I will stay tuned to gamespot to see what develops.

Hellooooooooooooooooooooo! Finished my research report, and now I know more about Ernest Hemingway than I ever wanted to before! Can't wait till Animal Crossings comes out for the Wii, thats gonna be sweet! Until then, I will just play pro-street and spore.
