I feel like it is almost mandatory to have Xbox Live now, all the games seem to focus on a great online multiplayer experience rather than a single player campaign. A lot of downloadable content must be purchased on the Live marketplace, and thats all anyone talks about anymore. Am I the last person to get an Xbox Live gold membership, and is it really worth the $50 a year?

I think Bioshock 2 was always going to get less praise from fans though. When you first played Bioshock the plasmids, weapons, atmosphere and art style were new and exciting - but when you fired up Bioshock 2 there were no more surprises; you already know about the plasmids and everything was familiar.

I'm not saying Bioshock 2 was worse, I'm just pointing out that sequels never have the same freshness as the original, for obvious reasons.

Yes, although I like both. I would probably switch between them all the time.

I have played about 5 movies in mine (if that) so I normally do not use it for watching movies. Unless my dvd player isn't hooked up I will use that or my ps2.
