As science progresses we feel less need to rely on faith to explain what we can't figure out. Also religion will most likely be one of those things that we look back 500 years from now and say...that was a crazy idea, can't believe those people did that. BTW you said Atheist, well to many people that is considered a religion. Anyway yes, I believe that religion will die, at least the creationism ones anyway. The ones that fall out side of that category will lasts because they usually support science and are just a way of life.I was with my buddies tonight and the topic of religion came up and out of my group of seven friends all but one didn't classify himself as either an agnostic or an athiest despite the fact that all of our parents raised us religiously. This made me wonder, Do you think this generation will be remembered as the generation that broke away from organized religion? Or do you think organized religion will always be around as long as man exists?

No games deserve a 10. No games are perfect and no games are going to please everyone. Therefor no 10.
ok if they made it why did it blow up after halo came out?xxmarksm3nxxThat doesn't matter. You are not discussing popularity, you are discussing what started the FPSs and made them what they are today. Theres a big difference. Without Wolfenstein you wouldn't have your Halo or COD. I can tell you are quite young.
I have been wondering the same thing actually, I am in need of a new tv, and what I get needs to be gaming worthy. My television is 20 years old:(
Very true, didn't even think of that. That's one of the main reasons I do not have Xbox Live, I do not want to deal with the idiots. Whenever I visit someone's house and play Xbox Live it sucks because I always end up getting yelled at, called a *********** ***** ****, and threatened by some jerk on there. Although I can't just complain because I have met a few good people:)[QUOTE="Vault_Monkey"]

I think I have lost count of all the 12 year olds who are black belts who know where I live, lol.
Lmao. Yeah, I think we have all felt the wrath of the pissy preteen on there. They talk like there hit men or something.[QUOTE="Vault_Monkey"]Wow....thats an awful deal. What condition were the discs in? I am sure that had some effect on the price. Ha! I wish games being in good condition affected the price. I sold Far Cry 2 right after buying it, with pre-order code intact and in perfect condition, and got about 1/3 of my $65.54 in return...Eh, that sucks. I had a similar experience, I sold 5 hardly used PS3 games to a dude at a video game pawn shop and only got $25. The games were Grand Theft Auto 4, Ninja Gaiden 2, and a few other real popular games. I know this is a stupid deal on my part, but I needed the money fast, and the offers made online weren't much better:([QUOTE="ZzZEVOLUTIONZzZ"]
Gamestop is a rip off they wanted to give me 10 bucks for both forza 3 and halo ODST LMAO what a RIP OFF.

I love mine. The new shiney black casing is awesome. It is actually quite a bit smaller than the original 360. I will say that while it is much more quiet than the older 360's, there is still some noise when playing games unless you install the games then there is absolutely no noise whatsoever. So those who say there is not a sound when games are running are either lying to you or have their surround sound so cranked up it wouldn't be heard anyway. The touch sensitve buttons are a very nice touch as is the built in Digital optical input and built in WiFi. I still wish the power brick would have been encased inside somehow, but it to is smaller than the originals.

Do you sit right on top of your system when playing? I'm not trying to be a jerk, just asking. My system is completely quiet, but I do sit back about 5 feet from the system when it is running. Even when the game is spinning in the DVD drive and the TV is all the way down there is virtually no noise from my console. It's quieter than the Slim model of the other console I have. I can hear the Blu-ray drive spinning up on it, but I can't hear the drive on the 360S.
To the original TC my system runs probably 8-10 hours a day during the week, and 12-14 hours on the weekend. It's never even had a pause, so I would say that MS has built a sold console this time.
Geeze, I wish I had that kind of time to be around my Xbox lol
Agreed. I can usually manage a lot of gaming time on the weekends, but during the week I can not even get an hour in. That would be amazing if I could play that much, I envy you:x:cry:Wow....thats an awful deal. What condition were the discs in?
