My point is, that couldn't a someone attain legal citizenship and not have a grasp of English? Or is there a test involved. If there isn't then I don't you think you can determine who is and isn't in the country illegally by their mastery of English.

Theres a test involved and yes you can fail it.

Which kinda takes apart the point the OP was making about them not speaking English. Or is it part of the citizenship process in the US to have a level of proficiency with English?

You have to pass a test about history of US and yes know basic english...after 7 years resident US of course.

I just moved to my first apartment and I can't believe how many illegal aliens (hispanics) live around here. Its obvious they mass around here cause of cheap rent, I cheapest apartments I can afford. Now I don't think its that hard to spot an illegal immigrant...its simple they can't speak english. Anyone legal resident here would of gone to school in US an learn english.

I don't have anything against illegal immigrants but dang they multiply like rabbits and sooner or later US will be the new Mexico.

With no TruHD sound yes..worthless to Theatre gurus. I can imagine a guru buying 1k HDMI reciever an find out that 360 1.2 hdmi port sucks. 

You still have to buy a separate $200 HD-DVD to watch 1080p movies. And with 360's 5.1 sound capability I think composite cables would suffice. HDMI is really geared towards HD movie playback and HD sound...which elite has neither....what a joke. MS laughs at fools who will buy this.

In the end the $480 tag for elite..and someone owning a premium at $400...there is NO difference at all.

HD-DVD movies sells flops horribly since introduction of PS3..an its bluray.

I am merely stating what effect the PS3 has done to the entertainment industry. I assure you if PS3 hasn't launched yet...Bluray would not be dominating, MS will not release Xephyr etc.
