[QUOTE="FunkyHeadHunter"]So he might have done that with his console? So what? How many here have downloaded music/movies/programs/ect for free? Its something we do and take a chance on getting caught every time. I dont know anyone who hasnt done something so why condem the TC??Paynee
He comes on the internet to profess his innocence that's why. He's really just upset because an invisible hand came thru the internet and shut him down.
I am innocent that's why. I'm upset I have a useless xbox and did nothing wrong. I'm actually telling the truth that's why....... I realize you think i'm making this up but i'm really not dude.

You got straight up busted and I don't feel sorry for you one bit. Hope you feel good TC for essentially getting owned so bad in your own thread. You agreed to th TOS when you created your online name and there isnt ANYTHING illegal to a contract YOU agreed upon.
Good night
Where did I get owned. Like i said I havent modded my console. Are people really this stupid?
If you reply to this thread I have every right to kick the living **** out of you. If you reply you have therefore agreed. please refer to my terms of service.
So by your logic if you reply i can therefore go to you house and kick the **** out of you by law.
You worked for security and you didn't delete your account before you sold your X360? (Or at least you failed to mention that you covered that part, which is still bad for a security person) LAMOmagicalclick
Do people just assume things? When did I say i didnt delete my account. I have a new xbox and account. How about reading and not putting words in peoples mouths. Speaking of lame. This is the problem with stupid people right here. you are a tool man. Do you even realize it?
so now you are accusing me of lying man? Come to my house and look at my xbox. you are as bad as they are.
Just to clarify, and to be honest, I did not read every single word of every post in this thread, but am I correct in assuming that you bought a third party HDD, tc ?dukerav
No I didnt. I said I had an xbox for 2 years never had any issue. I traded in my xbox and got a ps3. I didnt like the ps3. I returned it and got a different xbox. I havent done anything to this xbox. It may have been tampered with before i bought it i have no idea. MS can look up my account and see i never had any issues until i got this console.
As far as suing ms. I said the same thing. It's not worth it. I wouldnt sue them. I'm aware their legal department is their biggest department because they are what i'm saying they are. If i had a legal department as big as them sure maybe id have a case and be able to win. MS wins dude because they have the resources and power and some dude that is out $300 because they **** up isn't a concern to them. That's the problem.
I could go to a lawyer. Show them my receipt. Show them all my games and that they are legit and maybe get unbanned after going through a lengthy process for what $300? It would cost 1000 times as much time and money to get it back then it is worth it. What lawyer is even going to take my case? Do you have any idea how hard it is to get to microsoft? I called them. You sit on hold for hours and their legal department is a po box. They make it that way for a reason.
The TC is a LIAR. They're always a reason when you get console banned...and they e-mail you with that reason.
He pretends to be innocent, but he's not.
Paynee
I actually am telling the truth man. Why woudl i pretend? That in itself is lame assuming that i'm lying when i'm really telling the truth.
As far as the guy who say what microsoft isn't illegal. Trust me I understand this stuff. When you sign up for their service you agree to their terms of use so you are technically in their house and they make the rules. It's the equivalient of me posting a sign outside my house and if you enter i can do whatever i want to you. The problem is if you buy an xbox and want to update your games you really have no choice. Live is the only service available to do that. If there was another option or network i could join that would be great but there isn't. MS is anticompetitive and controls their stuff. I understand what youa re saying. I just think there are problems with that for the reasons i've stated. I also think it's sketchy and there is a fine like where they actually came into my network and started disabling features on my hardware. That close to tampering. Yeah i could just block them if i dont agree and not sign into their service if i dont want them tampering with my hardware but like i said MS has you cornered for the reasons i said.
My only option if i dont want MS making the rules is to just not buy an xbox or go out and make my own console. Which is ridiculous. The PC market is being phased out as far as games for this reason. MS has gotten into the console market because thats where they want things ultimately. your word processing, everything will be this way someday if we keep going at this rate. That's my only concern. MS becomes the law and its to protect their empire and how they see fit. When they aren't the law.
