Just wondering what some underrated games are i might try. I picked of MF2 and had fun with it for a bit, but not really a whole lot to it. I find myself having more fun with ncaa basketball 10 which got really crappy reviews. I was thinking of picking up the sabateur. Any other suggestions?

I have been a gamer for a long time and have had my share of experiences with a lot of these companies these days that make me think they are getting too big for the greater good. Companies like EA, Blizzard, etc are where they are because they are out there to make the most money which there is nothing wrong with that, I understand what business is, but I can't help but think these companies have way too much control over what other people can do. I can cite several instances of where this is clearly the case. They make the rules and its not always as cut and dry as you think. Especially in a suffering economy and people might want to ask themselves why that is and why companies are falling by the wayside while these other companies just gobble each other up.

This game seems to be everything that mass effect 1 should have been is the point. ME1 the side missiosn were crap. this game seems much more fleshed out. More attention to detail and everything in between. That's the point. Yeah we as consumers have been doing this a lot lately. LFD2 was basically what L4D1 should have been, but thats sometimes how it goes with 1st in the series to the second. USually the 2nd is the best. Look at any movie or video game. Nothing new...

EVerything i've read and seen on this game leads me to believe it will be amazing....

And it's not on PS3. I don't think Playstation has anything that competes with this game outside of Metal GEar Solid IV.

modern warfare 2, nba 2k10 and oblivion are probably the best games ive played on it.

I just bought another 360 because it got banned. I have no clue why it got banned if it was my memory unit or what. So if i plug my 3rd party charge kit to charge my controller am i going to get this console banned too? This is ridiculous. MS should have their balls cut off imo(which they don't have anyways) and I hope Datel wins that lawsuit.

yeah most likely a blog. I was thinking that as i posted it but i thought it kind of had to do with system wars in I think the 360 pretty much pulled even this year and did really well if you look at the games that realyl sold and did well. That said i really don't like ms after all this banning stuff and not allowing you to use memory units that aren't ms brand and banning your console and tampering with your harddrive and stuff. That is so shady and ludicrous to me. MS has been a headache and a half and charges an arm and a leg for everythign from online to their peripherals to the price of games. MS has all these exclusive licenses and nickels and dimes you everywhere. It's getting ridiculous. I hope Datel wins that lawsuit against them.

Discuss... I think the 360 did surprisingly well and topped the ps3 once again. I really don't like microsoft. I actually have a strong distaste for them in general after these past several years. But they have muscled their way to having the best all around console imo. Infamous was a good game that deserved mention. GTAIV Ballad of Gay Tony also deserves mention. Resident evil 5 was pretty good. Killzone 2 also got left in the dust. Halo ODST really did as well. GAmes like Borderlands and Ratchet did not make my list and are grossly overrated imo.
