@Barighm: They definitely should. We could now talk about tight deadlines and budget limitations, but there is a limit for everything. Bethesda is a multi-million company and there is NO EXCUSE for them to release a game in a state such as this one.
@RELeon: "Many will still argue they are still terrible games" I think that in some cases people just like to hate on stuff. In others people just can't stand that something they don't like is good.
The can fix the game and get rid of the books, but it's going to be extremely difficult to change the very basic concept of the game: It's the world of fallout and most of the time nothing happens on it. Each day that I read about this game, I am less confident about it going somewhere.
