@Mogan: So I've heard. Problem is that it comes a bit late and after they annoyed a big chunk of their fanbase. Taken King did work a lot better after fixing so many issues since (at least) in that case players were not deceived and lied multiple times in the topic of microtransactions.
Also, unlike back in 2014, there are somewhat similar alternatives to play now, (Warframe being a far better game, The Division improving a lot after patch 1.6... ) Destiny 2 is facing a more complicated market now since a good number of players looking for that kind of experience had more alternatives that allowed them to move on.

@Thanatos2k: Destiny is not an MMO. Only place where you get to see more than 8 people is in the social hub.
