#Resident Evil 5, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 - As a matter of fact, I closely laugh at the people that state that this game's graphics will be of highest quality on consoles - be astounded if it even beats Gears of War! Sure, it is nice, but it genuinely is not something exceptional. Possibility: Gears of War - 75 %, Resident Evil 5 - 25 %.

#S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, PC - what!? Sure, this game looks nice, as well, but Gears of War 2's graphics will destroy it, just like Gears of War's graphics destroy the first S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game. Possibility: Gears of War - 85 %, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky - 15 %.

Gears of war sucked, it's not the graphics king (can't believe people still use that term :lol: ), the single player sucked, and gears 2 seems to follow in its footsteps, so no thanks.

Agreed; certainly mind-blowing in 2006, though designers have caught up now. Same thing with Far Cry. It was unseen back in 2004, though it isn't anything special anymore. Gears of War still looks impressive, though it makes sense that within a window of over a year and a half that it be surpassed. (Also, why are the graphics the deciding point of a game's worth? I really didn't like Crysis.)

I know - Crysis is much better. However, I think that Killzone 2's graphics are overrated - the game does not look to be a game which we've never seen. Its graphics are dull, but Gears of War 2's graphics will rock.
