Not necessarily, and I agree with worlock. Speaking from personal experience, it takes a very stupid (and I don't use that word loosely) and superficial woman to do that whole "I only go with kewl guys and hot men with muscles!" (which is enormously different from having high standards) and no-one really wants to be with them for anything other than a one-night stand.
Isn't that what many guys are talking about when they say "finish last"? Not getting laid? And to get laid by hot young chicks, you need to be immature as well.

The actual hierarchy is nice guy that is aloof > douche > "nice guy" loser. Nice guys get a bad rap because the vast majority of them are pathetic and give women anything they want in an attempt to get laid.
