The only one of those 3 ive played is Mass Effect 2 and I find it well deserving. However my opinion could change if I play the other 2 but I probably wont for a while

The 2nd post summed it up, it is just more convenient to play on consoles in my opinion. Looking and playing better doesnt mean the game is more enjoyable either. PC gaming is great, but there are a lot of detractors, possibly long install times (PS3 is guilty of this, although it is usually only optional), incompatible hardware etc. Console gaming also allows for stuff like split screen. If Goldeneye was released on PC and looked better, would you play it on PC instead of N64, I believe most people wouldnt because console would allow them to enjoy the split screen multiplayer. That is my opinion.

Games that rely heavily on story should be linear, it keeps the pacing that will allow you to stay focused on the story at hand, no hiccups or breaks in pace. There are some exceptions, Mass Effect for instance, story is a pivotal part of the game yet it has some form of open exploration however the main story missions are linear.

Vari3ty

Red Dead Redemption proves you wrong.

I never said RDR didnt have a great story, i said exceptions, plus its an opinion anyways

Head to head comparisons should only be for multiplatform games. Thats my opinion. Either way, from what Ive been told people are enjoying GT5 a lot so all these pointless comparisons are not detracting most people from the game, and it shouldnt, all they do is just add fuel to the already burning SW fire

PC, no it is not strong enough...I would like a great gaming rig but my money right now goes towards school

XBOX 360, yes I play it for the exclusives and Mass Effect...would play it on PS3 but Mass Effect 1 character needed to be imported

PS3, yes it is my most used console, the free online and wifi are the reasons (i have an older 360 from 4 years ago so there is no wifi...been meaning to upgrade)

Wii, yes i have one, no i dont play it...waiting for The Last Story and Xenoblade

I think its gotten to the point that no one in system wars will admit that X game has better graphics then Crysis. I can picture 5 years from now a game comes out and blows everyones mind and everyone finally claims that it is the graphics king, yet here on SW Crysis will ALWAYS be graphics king. It will never be replaced here.

Advid-Gamer
I dont think so at all, honestly crysis just looks that good {in places}.

I know its just my opinion, but everywhere I look when a game comes out, for example Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, and Im sure it will happen with games like Gears 3, Uncharted 3 and a lot of future games, everyone comes out and says that Crysis is better. Ive seen Crysis on max, and yes it looks amazing, and still is the graphics king but I personally just see the trend that since everyone here has always said Crysis is still the better looking game, it will be the only thing they can base it on and continue to say it...even when a future game clearly is better. Like I said though, my opinion and on SW opinions dont matter
