My friend is having the same problem in the same spot, as soon as he defeats those 2 fire dinos (sorry not game literate) in Ch 12 and goes down the path it freezes, He's restarted it several times and it has done the same thing in the same spot. He hasn't had any problems with any of the other games he plays either just this one, and the disk he has is new. I'm gonna get him to try clearing out the cache and see if that helps.WatcherOfGames
I actually just got on to GS now to see if other people were having this problem too. my game froze at the exact same spot (it appears that others are having the same problem). Before the most recent patch, my game would freeze occasionally, but it was never in the same spot twice. It has happened to me 4 times at the spot in chp12 since the patch. After the second time it froze, I saved at the nearby checkpoint after I beat the armadillos and so I wouldn't have to keep fighting them. Since it seems to be widespread and it appears to be related to the update, they will hopefully fix it soon.
Yeah.. MG1 and MG2 are on the second disk. It's a hard decision, because of MGS1's availability. Guess, if I were in your place, I'd just get subsistance, over the collection.Threesixtyci
Since they are on the second disk and I have twin snakes (I know it isn't as good as the original, but I played the original enough as is) Im going to take your advice and get subsistence.
I got Snake Eater years ago and always thought about picking up subsitance for the extras, but never felt like spending the cash to do so. Now ive decided that I definately want it, and there is the MGS collection. While I know that the MGScollection has Subsistence disc 1 and not disc 2, I was wondering if any of the extras are on disk 1 (such as the original MG games). At this point subsitence is selling used for $25 whereas the collection is going for $30. Id spend the extra little bit for the collection since it also comes with the original MGS (I only have Twin Snakes ), but would prefer to get the original two games as well. Also, I already own MGS2, so that is not a selling point.
the camera in ninja gaiden sigma is total crap, it's like it's trying to give you the worst possible angle at all times.ikwal
The camera in the first game wasn't all that great either, but it is definately worse in NGII, so I am just trying to figure out which game it is closer to.
Is Ninja Gaiden Sigma's camera from the same perspective as the original NG?Or is it closer to NGII? I am currently playing NGII and it is really cool, but the camera is closer in and maybe a little lower than the original, making it a little harder to follow. While the original's camera wasn't perfect, it is better than NGII's. So while I do have the original, I was thinking of picking up NGS (updated graphics and the additions included in NG black), but I would probably not get it if the camera is similar to NGII's.
