I was looking at getting Phantasy Star II but the reviews are very bad. It looks like people already owned a version of the game, which Sega then "updated" for their Forever service. This caused people to lose save files, and there are some who claimed they were required to pay for the game again to get rid of the new ads.

I deleted this game shortly after I learned that all three controller options made very little sense, and it just felt awkward playing. I was so thrilled that I did not pay for early access or anything.

If the picture actually zoomed in at all, I could maybe tell if it was worth that much.

This is really nice because the New 3DS XL has been mostly unavailable online for months, unless you want to pay more from a third-party vendor.

Way better choice than Shannon for this role.

I guess I could also just buy an old PS3 and be able to play the better looking versions from the remastered games. It's odd that they are using the PS2 versions for this.

You could spend hundreds or more on train and farming simulator games. Not sure why anyone is getting mad about this one too. Are you being forced to buy stuff? Maybe you don't need an emote or some clothing, just maybe.

While at the same time you still cannot easily buy a NES Classic or New 3DS XL online without paying an exorbitant price.

It's almost as if they don't want us buying their crap.

@maskthestars: The game is going to be $10 in the US. Why did you assume it was free. Why are you getting angry about something you haven't researched?

So, is it really just a patch, or are you downloading the patched digital version of the game, and using the disk as a means to verify ownership?
