All you have to do is download Ps3 Video 9 from Download Link.

Once you have download that...

1.) Open it and click the CONVERT tab at the top...

2.) When you do that click on the CURRENT CONVERSION tab...

3.) Click CONVERT VIDEO button...

4.) Select the video you want...

5.) Convert it... I usually convert mine to MPEG2 1080P

6.) Add this folder to your PS3... C:Documents and SettingsYOURUSERNAMEMy DocumentsConverted Videos

7.) You can now watch your videos...

1. I can now download all my digital photos on to my PS3

Hmmm...lets see....yep thats about it! Oh wait I can listen to those craptastic music tracks that came with Windows XP (Like Humans Do.....must be a Microsoft thing)

The only way I have been able to get a damn NAPSTER track to play on my PS3 at all is if I burn it directly from Napster to a CD and then put it in my PS3. Media Server loves to throw that UNSUPPORTED DATA crap around even though all the files are WMA (which the PS3 can play). I just dont get it. There has to be a way to get this to work!

Try hooking up an ethernet cable to your PS3 directly and try everything I've been saying and see if that works... just so you can test it out... I don't have a wireless router myself so this is what I have to do for the time being... =/

ok a quick few questions, wat are the format for a video to be played on ps3, mp4's? and where do i go to add these files, so i can load em up on the ps3? and why when i add a divx file into sample folder, shows as unsupported, and when i click it , it says coonection error with server, etc. etc., what should i do excatly, i did go to windows media player i when to options, i checked the file sharin, i accepted and made sure the ps3 has access to my computer, so now where do i add the mvoies so i can load em up on my ps3 and wat format is it suppose to be, is it mp4?? thanks for ur help in advance

Convert your videos using this... http://www.redkawa.com/videoconverters/ps3video9/ and then add those they should be under  C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\My Documents\Converted Videos\PS3\

If I were you I'd start reading from Page one before there are to many pages... its all there...

This whole streaming thing isnt very easy, the computers show up but cannot see that anything is on the pc's, after i added everything to the wm11 library

Windows Media Player 11

Tools>Options>Library>Configure Sharing> SELECT THE DEVICE and ALLOW> Then go to SETTINGS and Make sure where is says Share Media As IT SAYS THE NAME OF YOUR PS3 which can be found under System Settings on your PS3 at the very top it'll say System name or something... Once you've put in the name make sure at the BOTTOM you have a check mark on Allow new Devices and Computers... Click OK and then CLICK APPLY and then CLICK OK... and you should be set... =D 

can u do all of this stuff right from the ps3 or do u have to use ur pc...if u have to use ur pc how do u get all the information from the pc to the ps3..?

 Check it out man this is what I use... Download this http://www.redkawa.com/videoconverters/ps3video9/ and convert your videos into a 1080P MPEG and then they should all work... I just convered a Xvid I download of Stomp the Yard... =D

Tools>Options>Library> Monitor Folders> THEN ADD THE ONES YOU WANT TO STREAM...

THaTS NOT WHAT I MENT! I ONLY HAVE THE OPTIO OF SHARING MY STUFF WITH OTHER USERS ON MY COMPUTER!! THERES NTHIHNG ABOUT THE Ps3!!
