@HowlPendragon Yeah, I always thought it made no sense too based on the same principle. They cannot keep using multiples of 360. Diverting to something like colors or metals might be the better route. Xbox Copper/Silver/Gold/Platinum for example. People would still get confused by that though. Who knows. One thing is certain though. Calling the second one 360 was somewhat of a mistake IMO. Although people would get confused by the metals too because of Xbox live Gold/Silver.

@hawaiiinsomniac I have a feeling that the next one (if this one is in fact called 720) will be 1080 and not 1440. It makes more sense to add 360 each time than it does to just keep doubling the number. Although at some point, the numbers would get ridiculous either way, if they aren't already. However, they probably don't want to call it Xbox3 because it may seem inferior to PS4 just by the smaller number in some consumer's eyes. That would also cause confusion with some people like the Wii vs Wii U did.

@Toysoldier34 True, but most of it is garbage. A wallpaper? There are hundreds of free wallpapers out there. And some of the missions you can buy are useless. The Far Cry 3 mission is just an old abandoned bunker with nothing but cash pickups and dogs inside (maybe another animal or two). The only ones that are worth using your points for IMO are the ones that increase capacity on things in game, weapons, or skins if you like them. Other than that they are pretty useless, but at least they are free.

@RPG_Fan_I_Am The season pass is for DLC, not the game itself. Entrants should be people that already have the base game, otherwise, what would you possibly do with DLC for a game you don't own anyway?

Having vast knowledge in one area doesn't automatically make you intelligent nor does lack of knowledge in a particular area of another's main studies make you an imbecile. I think Weasley28 just likes to think that because he knows something that others do not, he is smarter than they are. Really all he is proving is that he cannot make a valid argument to anyone's comments.

Whoever that was playing Dead Space didn't utilize the plasma cutter's ability to switch to horizontal fire when shooting at the legs of a necromorph.

@FretsOfDeath I think people are worried about PS3 systems lasting for the next 3-10 years, and also not being able to sell the PS3 to cover a bit of the cost of the PS4. Still, I don't play many games that are more than 3 years old anyway nowadays. I think once they build a library of PS4 games, they won't even care anymore. There are a handful of people that never owned PS3 that would probably like to play some of last gen exclusives on the PS4 though too.

@Rafiky77 Don't be silly. It isn't like there isn't ever room for improvement. Look at how different the Nintendo controllers have been. I was only making the statement because it is amazing that they still stand behind the basics of the original design.

Amazing that after all these years, and their fourth system, that the basic shape and design of the controller essentially remains the same.
