I'll start out like yesterday with the new emblem.
If only everything in life were this easy. This individual is extremely generous when it comes to evaluating games. Each new game is "definitely the best game I've ever played!", judging by the very high review scores being doled out here. Speculate all you want, but we both know you're just jealous.
There you go, the pushover emblem. Now to March Madness.
As most of you know, March Madness has already started. (tuesday the play-in game with Niagara and Florida A&M)
But today is when the true March Madness begins as we will likely see some upsets. I'm currently watching Maryland (Fav. Team of All Time, I was born in Maryland) vs. Davidson and it's currently tied 17-17 around the 12 minute mark in the first half. A lot of the ESPN and CBS Analysts such as Jay Bilas, Dick Vitale, and Digger Phelps and some other analysts are picking ODU (Old Diminion University) to upset Butler. (Who has actually kind of fallen in their last 8 games, only 8-8 for this team who started out
great) So I'm kind of looking forward to that match-up but I'm
REALLY looking forward to the
DUKE (dumbest team ever, I
HATE DUKE) vs.
VCU. (VCU=Virginia Commonwealth University) So yes, Duke vs VCU. Also another upset that analysts are looking at is the Oral Roberts (ORU) vs. Wazzu. (Washington State University, Wazzu=WSU, kind of sounds like it, their nickname which people call 'em) Oral Roberts though has a great scorer in Caleb Green (20.8, basically 21 PPG, PPG-points per game, and they also have Ken Tutt who scores 16.1 PPG. Note that I might add that Caleb Green also averages 9.3 RPG=Rebounds per game, so he almost averages a double double per game, double double is where a player has 2 (double) categories in which he averages in double (the second double) figures, ex: 20 ppg, 11 rpg.)
So that is all my March Madness stuff. Now to the less important news of my life. As I said yesterday I'm saving for
Oblivion and also looking at some other games. But I'll most likely get
Oblivion. Also yesterday, my brother came home from Washington D.C. as he was there with Winona State's Student Senate Group. Winona State has the longest Division 2 Men's Basketball Streak at 53 games, #1 in D2, and yeah he goes there. (It's in Minnesota) He got me a Boston Red Sox flexfit hat (i like the red-sox as I went to a game of their's when i was living in Maryland when I was at the age of 3, my uncle who taught at Rutgers took me,
Daryl Lund is his name, look him up on google. he's my uncle, my mom's brother. He works at University of Wisconsin now as he lives there and he's a food scientist and food enginner. Tommy Thompson who was governor of Wisconsin was his room-mate. Look him up online under images and you'll see him. He goes to 3rd-world countries and tells them how they can be more effective in using their food, he's went to many Asian Countries such as China and Japan and has told them how they can grow their rice mroe effectively and also how they can use it to feed people more effectively. So yeah he's very smart and is now retired. He is also a Dean. Note my name last Name is Galchutt which is my dad's last name, my mom's maiden name is Lund, and no they're not divorced.)
I'd also just like to say that ESPN College Gameday Host Rece Davis (yes only one e in Rece, not 2) said that starting Maryland Freshman Guard Greivis Vasquez, who is from Caracas, Venezuela (Caracas is it's capital) said that Greivis Vasquez is his player to watch in the Midwest Region.
Greivis Vasquez, below.
That's all for today. Have a good one
