Overrated:
Pedro Morales - Not a bad worker, just became really lazy and uncaptivating once he won the title. Overall, a poor follow up to Bruno.
The Valiant Bros. - Heralded as one of the greatest tag teams of all time, yet i can think of 10 teamsthat were leagues better by a more than decent margin off the top of my head. Matches don't hold up that well at all.
Superstar Billy Graham - Even for his time, his promos seemed pretty lame. His delivery was horrible. Interestingoverall personality with the tie dies and what not, but promo wise,he had nothing on Ric Flair or Dusty.
CM Punk - Ringwise. On the mic and as a personality, he's amazing. In the ring, he can be somewhat bland and disjointed.
KENTA - Good worker, but not the "best in the world". Samoa Joe and Bryan Danielson are lightyears ahead of him.
Rob Van Dam -Meh worker, no mic work, got himself arrested when he was the world champion after having **** and moaned for years (though that's not really relevant). Only thing RVD had going for him was that "IT" factor that got him over in ECW and WWE in 2001/2002. Once they didn't run with him, it was all downhill.
Christopher Daniels - Though it seems like he's been getting back on track somewhat, most of the praise that Daniels gets for being an excellent worker is overblown and ridiculous. Like KENTA, he's good but not THAT good. He's inconsistent, unlike Joe and Danielson who ALWAYS have the crowd eating out of the palm of their hands. With Daniels, you usuallyget an unemotionalexhibition of moves.
Matt Cross - Bland high flyer and just an all around dissapointing addition to the RoH roster.
Rocky Romero - Bland, not believable in his role in the No Remorse Corps. What Davey Richards lack in height, he makes up for in size and personality. Romero has nothing. Get rid of him and add BJ Whitmer to NRC.
Underrated
Morishima - The amount of hate he gets is ridiculous. Just because someone is big or a soft body doesn't mean they suck as a worker. While i wouldn't consider him the best in the world (yet), Morishima has more of an understanding of the Pro-Wrestling business that than probably half the entire RoH roster. His matches aren't all MOTYC, but they don't have to be, because they're still talked about and garner the emotional response. He's a monster and he plays his role very well.
Kevin Steen - Once again, another guy who gets hate because of his look (Which is actually a look that could draw money). Steen is unique. He's a pretty decent worker and connects with the crowd ridiculously well.
Minoru Suzuki - Love the look and the attitude. No, he doesn't wrestle five star matches, but the man is so much fun to watch.
BJ Whitmer - While not one of my personal favorites on the roster, BJ is far from the worst of the worst on the roster. In the right setting, BJ has alot to offer. Great brawler, good babyface or heel.
Chuck Taylor - Another guy i've seen get bashed for his "skinny emo boy look". THAT'S THE WHOLE **** POINT. The guy is so easily hateable as a heel, and in his few years of experience, has impressed me with what he can do based on what i've seen from his title run in IWA-MS and his short time in CHIKARA.
Necro Butcher - The man lives his gimmick.
Scorpio Sky - Once he took off the mask, Scorpio became a superstar. Excellent heel and worker. RoH should definitely give him a tryout some day when the roster has an open spot.
