Get decent A-level results is the main one for me. It would be one hell of a lot easier if chemistry coursework didn't exist.

I certainly miss offline multiplayer. It's just a superior experience, no mater how small my quadrant of the screen is. It annoys me how if I want to play a game with my friends they have to own the game on the same console as me, whereas with my N64 I just need 3 controllers.

I always read a book at night, but play games intensively in short spells with week or month-long gaps between, so almost certainly more books. I'm currently reading "Earthly Powers" by Anthony Burgess. Very good, but rather graphic descriptions of homsexual sex, so be warned.

I was addicted to the first series then stopped watching halfway through the second. It was getting too complicated and I was too busy. After the third series finished I managed to catch up by a gargantuan effort and can't wait for the next one to start. Sometimes everything starts to feel silly but generally it's a decent program with one hell of a hook.

In RL and in the wild, a dead pilot whale. If we're only counting living animals, then probably a minke whale. I could smell a sei whale once, but didn't see it.

I studied German for 4 years at school and was half way through my A-levels when I dropped it this year, and although I was very good at the grammer and translation, I still would find it difficult to have a conversation in German, so I can't see any real way to be bilingual without living in the country in question for a significant length of time, at least as far as I'm concerned.

I personally don't see the point in blu-ray. I really can't see it making any difference to my enjoyment of films, even if I notice the improved picture quality which I find rather doubtful. On topic, IMO you should just buy great films for cheaper on standard DVD.

well the quality in picture of standard DVDs and HD or BD is quite significant so you would notice is, especially if you're watching on a 52", but this wasn't my question anyway; thanks, though...i think.

You have a 52" TV? Mine still has cathode ray tubes in it. I suppose how much value blu-ray is depends on the type of film you watch.I mean, I'd rather watch Seven Samurai on video than Transformers on blu-ray, but that might just be me.

I see no problem in having neutral lessons on religion in schools. In Britain religious education is mandatory in primary and secondary schools, and this doesn't cause any conflict in my experience, instead it seams pretty logical that a better understanding of the religion of others would reduce prejudice.
