I thought the direct was okay but if I only had a Wii U I'd be pretty bored. If you don't have a 3DS yet you're missing out. Mario Kart 8 looks amazing though and holy crap I need Bayonetta 2 now.

@roboccs: I'm sorry!
Sakurai also retweeted the Nintendo Japanese account.
Soraya Saga, Masahiro Sakurai, JP Kellams have all retweeted that tweet. Something big is coming.
@roboccs: Soraya Saga retweeted the Japanese Nintendo account's Direct tweet -- she's married to Tetsuya Takahashi, the guy at Monolith Soft working on X. She's only ever retweeted the Japanese Nintendo account's Direct tweet when we've seen X footage, so, it's likely we'll see it tomorrow. Platinum Games people also retweeted it -- and this Nintendo Direct is happening later than they usually do, probably because of the more mature titles, which would make sense.
I can't wait for Shovel Knight, but I'm still undecided if I want it on the 3DS or Wii U. Same goes for Mighty No.9.
I'm 23 and I love my 3DS. It's funny because at work quite a few people have one and bring it regularly so I get my StreetPass tags that way.
In terms of "mature" titles I guess you and I view them differently. I don't necessarily look at games as being suited for a particular age group anymore. Rather, I just play what I want. The 3DS has a lot of titles that can easily be enjoyed by both young and older audiences. Most of Nintendo's core games work that way already -- Super Mario 3D World, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, Mario Kart 7, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, etc. Then on the other hand you have titles that are probably better suited for older players -- Fire Emblem: Awakening, Bravely Default, Shin Megami Tensei IV, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, etc.
I'd say a more accurate description of the 3DS' software library is that it has a wide variety of games for people with varying tastes, that it's hard to find absolutely nothing you'd like, regardless of age.
It's kind of stupid but I don't want to lose my 38,000 whatever post count. It's just a number but still.
I'm just messing with you guys. My Haziqonfire account is still logged in at my work computer... otherwise I have no access to that account outside my house. Also I really just wanted to make my account "Haz" but it won't work... like at all. I don't know why.
Ask digitaldame or the other two community managers about this. I know what happened to your account.
I messaged both of them from my Haziqonfire account... not sure how else to contact them. Do you have their email or something?
