Well anyone can make a user review, so why go off them. Shouldn't official reviews matter, but if they are all saying it is bad too then maybe you're leaving out one option. C. It is a poor game in general.
This has been happening to me, but instead of completely freezing it locks up for like 10 seconds. I was thinking it might have been the 6 straight hours of playing in a hot room, but I haven't played since then, so I don't know.
