Meh I like thief. Sure it has its rough edges, bugs and such but it's nothing that can't be fixed with some serious patching. I get some people may be disappointed with the slightly more simplistic gameplay, but seriously this isn't Thief 3 bad. Now there's a real trainwreck.
Personally I give it an 8 and laugh at GS's inconsistent review policy.
@Spushkin @MJ12-Conspiracy@pongley@pgharaviIf you uworked on Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite, games which sold a crap-ton, chances are there's more than one company interested in you. Besides some of them were already transferred to other take 2 studios and more were promised the same thing.
Hell Take 2 could even start a new studio and continue Bishock with the fired employees
@Maj_Wood Because they're not hard-core gamers. Most of them are console peasants suffering from self esteem issues so they hate on everything that they can't understand.
1:30 Johnny, please note that the guy said For Sauron. Comprehension fail.
Anyways I've been itching to try a LotR open-world ever since I played my very fist open-world game, and I will be looking forward to it even if it ends up anally raping the lore and leaves it in a pool of blood and semen. As long as I get to visit all the locations from the movies and books, and it isn't as ridiculously small scale as Skyrim I will enjoy it.
@jesot Cloud gaming is about as good and desired as cancer. Imagine not owning what you pay for, the devs being able to charge whatever they like to give you continued access to a product you purchased, companies dropping games that are no longer thereby making you unable to play you payed money for.
If is neither good nor in your interest to give people like EA this much power.
