The stacks are a nice idea, for example I like how we now get the cover art beside the titles. But, gamespot, you really need to give us sorting options in the stacks, as well as displaying pertinent information beside the games, such as release dates, review scores, platform, etc. The extent to which I could organize my game lists was my #1 reason for coming to gamespot. Please fix, I want to like you guys...

well they actually have changed something. I believe that on initial launch of the new layout, the stacks were completely unorganized, and now they are at least alphabetical. supposedly, they are working on fixing them, but who knows when the fix might roll out. all that can be said, is that they will eventually be fixed.

+1 on the "stacks are fine" comment. I like them too, just waiting for the bugs to be fixed so we can use them properly.

The question of "when" has to be taken with a grain of salt because this is not the only issue GameSpot is working on, and there's only so much a handful of human beings can do in a day. The launch of two new consoles in the past few weeks, which needed constant coverage, didn't help with free time for this, I believe.

Click on the title of the rating, On the right side, under the ad you'll see a box that says "Edit this user review' There's a delete button there.

They most definitely will not restore your collection if it got cleared out during the update. They may change the features around, but if your list is gone, it's most likely gone for good.

I spent a good chunk of my night last night rebuilding my collection list at GameFAQS using their list tool. Worked pretty well using my tablet and standing in front of my game shelves checking off games. Got about 1/4th of it done so far. Rebuilding my wish list is going pretty smoothly as well. Using the Japanese titles that oddly show up in the Gamespot stacks, to do a search in GameFAQS, returns the english titled game 99% of the time.

@edgework: Hey, this sounds like great news!!! Looking forward to the list returning, any filters by genre, etc. would be a great bonus, but main thing is, if the list itself returns it's already a win. Thanks!

A minor question though, you said all our .5 ratings are there. Does that mean the .5 will be returning permanently, e.g. we will be rate games currently using .5, OR it just means that such ratings are not lost, are kept and will be converted to .0, however we will not be able to rate using ,5?
