So, yay! Sword of Sodan.

I don't think I'll be able to hold on to not buying games for the whole of this month. I've done a week, which may be a new record....that's depressing, but I don't care. I really want to pick up some XBLA games, as there have been so many good ones in the past few months.

eBay also sent me a 10% off voucher. You'd think I'd be happy, but that's what sent me off the tracks with my buying this month.

Two assembelys, school photos, and rockclimbing. That's all I did today. Christ on a crutch! I was bored to death and so was everyone else. I did meet some cool newcomers, so that was alright.

But there was so much paperwork to get through, it reminded me of an epic quote:

Tomorrow I start Sixth Form, and I'll be taking: History of Art, Classical Civilization, Spanish and English Literature. Yay! No more Maths, Sciences, History, Ancient Languages! Huzzah!

I'll also get to see my friends again, and I'll finally get my sleep pattern back in line.

Second Hand Gamer Episode 13

Had to go to the post offic in order to get my Jaguar. First thoughts...its alright. The games are mildly entertaining and the controller isn't that bad. I love the fact that its region free, so I can get my copy of Iron Soldier and not have to worry about regions.

After quite a long hiatus, I'm going to start using amazon again to buy games. I went off it a year ago as I was tired of the rubbish delivery times from third party sellers, but thanks to my NGPC, and copies of Metal Slug 4 and Mechassualt arriving much earlier than some eBay stuff, I will not be using both sites in order to enhance my collection.

I have hit the hallowed mark with my Xbox collection. My 100th Xbox game is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, which is quite fitting. I've owned the system for over 3 years, and there's still a load more that I want to pick up, although I can feel that the library is starting to thin out for me.

Finally, two of my favorite TV shows are returning after a summer hiatus. Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives were both taken off Channel 4 in order for the episodes post Writers Strike to become available. They both start again next week, which will herald the end of garbage such as "Big Brother" and "Make me a Christian".

So, seeing as I have A LOT of stuff coming through the post this week, I have planned a few videos for it all. As follows:

Friday: Atari Jaguar Get! - I hopefully will have my Jaguar through the post by then.

Saturday: SHG Episode 14 Roundup of all the other stuff I picked up.

Sunday: You've made my S*hitlist- Series of Rants begins, although this will be Yotube exclusive due to the fact that is likely to be a lot of swearing.
