@branin05 @arazmanaz Wow! i caused some controversy :) I do use ign and look at metacritic scores too also. If u look at my collection of games I do have a lot. I simply trust gamespot the most in its objectivity when they review games. If you can recommend others I should consider or use please tell me them
Quite embarrassed that i got this on pre-order considerin the review score. Pride myself on only owning games 8 or above based on gamespot review scores. Gettin this on the 3ds would've been too expensive so i'm grateful its on consoles. If I play this on hardest difficulty i'm sure i'll have fun then i'll trade it in if I get fed up of it
Wow! really wasn't prepared for that. I think most people do keep depression secret but through Danny's honesty and personal story on this subject matter more won't have to suffer alone. Video games are and can be great distractions from personal issues. If for a few weeks u play one for 14 hours a day for a week or so so be it. Through my xbox I can chat, play co op, single player e.g. and it makes me happy. Very thought provoking piece which i'll watch again and again. Good on ya danny! u know we all respect u loads but even more so now brother!!!
I respect Tom McShea a lot but I find the piece harsh. Here in the UK xbox live for a year costs £40 and i'm not complaining. ESPN, when I had it was £12 a month and netflix is £5 monthly. Again, i'm not complaining. I only look jelousley at PS3 owners since playstation plus came out. Who's to say what will happen in the next gen of conole wars? maybe playstation plus won't exist and Msoft will come up with a similar idea, or sony abolish playstation plus an charge for online play. As long I can still play online at same ish price and i can still find gaming bargains i'll be smiling
As interesting as the 'what gamer are you?' concept is its flawed. I have wide ranging variance in my gaming collection from Limbo to Fifa 13 and i'm always playing 3 or 4 different games roughly 2 or 4 hours a day if I can. In terms of this episode i'm a reader and but more of an introvert. But i'd still class myself as different gamer each time I play otherwise i'd get very bored
Only got tekken 6 a few weeks back. It's difficult enough on hardest setting against AI without an arcade stick, which i am buying tomorrow, so doubt very much i'll try this too
Movie tie in's are rubbish a lot of the time. Will watch the movie before checking vid review for this. It's all well n good being inspired by certain games like he said but their comes a time when originality of this game itself had to come to the fore
