Well in Steam's defense, you can play most games offline, sometimes indefinitely, and the prices are really really low. Like the price of a rental low, even lower than the price of used games very frequently.

That said, I agree that it's weird that digital copies of console games are usually MORE expensive than they are in stores. It's ridiculous!

Yeah, that's the EA-ification of Bioware right there. Remember when they were Bioware Pandemic? Looks what happened to Pandemic after EA got them.

EA just loves closing studios and cutting support for still profitable games because they're not making millions. One of the many things I dislike about them.

Yeah, I like Nintendo, but I hope they do something soon. Well at least they have enough money to just launch another console if the Wii U doesn't hit it off.

They have plenty of reserves.

It's true, the more popular niche rpg's sell more than that. I like Nintendo and Pikmin, but it's true.

While I think that not every f2p game is a scam I agree that far too many (maybe even most) are, and I try not to play them myself. It's just better to pay up front for a complete experience most of the time, imho.

You know what you're getting and they don't leave stuff out on purpose just to make you spend more money for what other games give you just for the price of purchase. You can end up paying way more than $60 for what other games give you for buying the damn box.

It does in an 80's movie, or any story told by Mr. Torgue.

Yeah sure, Army and Marines are always hiring. That said, as a former Army service member, I have to say that there's not that much shooting of real people nowdays.

There's honestly more waiting around waiting for something to do rather than any actual real shooting. At least you get to shoot weapons off during training. The M249 is loads of fun, as well as the M203 paint rounds.

Well, it's fun when you don't actually have to use them on people that is.

Hey dude, COD has DOGS man. DOGS! What are you, some kind of internet CAT or something? I bet you're commenting here after you just finished uploading your latest funny cat video of yourself onto youtube and you're like "All games with dogs in them SUCK" and you hate all dogs because they're always loud and barking at you and stuff.

Oh c'mon, not all dogs are bad, my dog grew up with 4 cats and she LOVES cats and stuff.

And to the people who think its bananas that I think cats are posting comments on the internet I"M NOT CRAZY THEY TOTALLY ARE!!!

You can tell who they are because they don't capitalize because it's hard for them to use the shift key because they don't have fingers, only paws.

Also, those inaccurate paws hit other keys so there's lots of typos. Plus, those cats usually have a snarky attitude so they usually troll. Think about it people. Misspelled lower case typing, short sentences, smug attitudes. Cats, man, cats. They're on the internet. That's why there's so many videos of them out there, they're all self-shotties.

Yeah I agree. I actually do play COD for the story. Multiplayer's a nice bonus, but it doesn't hold me for very long, which is why I rent COD's rather than buy them usually.

I agree. I liked COD a lot more in the day and I think that a new engine would let them do a LOT more with it than they're doing right now. I don't play a lot of Battlefield but I will admit that Frostbite 2 really impresses me, even when it's being modified to run new Bioware RPG games like Dragon Age 3.
