Just a thought. is there a game where you beat the enemy by intelligence rather than an endgame boss battle. e.g. putting things into play during a game to foil the enemies plan, and see it all come together in the end?

LAN, is usually less rude. You can get owned and laugh about it, but online, you get an insult from someone you do not know. If you win, it does not matter.

In terms of Raw processing power, Intel CPUs do not match the 360 or the PS3 CPU. Official IBM figures Xenon: 77GFlops Cell: 233GFlops Even the best Duo core cannot get half of 77Gflops, so do not expect the Quad core to even reach 77GFlops in raw fp power. As we all should know, Direct X and OpenGl relies a lot on fp calcs, which is probably why M$ and $ony went the in-order execution path.
