It's a cooler Master 390W PSU. I only have one Hard drive and the 5570 doesn't require an external power source. I don't think it should be a problem.

Hi. My computer's recently been having problems while booting up. The initial welcome to Windows loading message is distorted as are a lot of other applications (Firefox ,Explorer). But my games work perfectly.

Also there is intermittently a 'no signal' message on my monitor and it goes black for a few seconds before coming back. This doesn't happen on the desktop. Only when something is open. I'd appreciate some help.

My Rig (A bit old):

Ati HD 5570

E7400

WD 500GB

Thanks for your help. But i've solved it on my own. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it WITHOUT Catalyst control Center only the drivers and all my problems were solved. :)

Hello I recently changed from an integrated intel graphics card to the 5570.

But i've been having trouble playing SWKTOR and Diablo II.

I get the following errors in dxdiag

DirectDraw test results: Failure at step 17 (SetDisplayMode to 640x480x16): HRESULT = 0x80004001 (Not implemented)
Direct3D 7 test results: Failure at step 39 (SetDisplayMode to 640x480x16): HRESULT = 0x80004001 (Not implemented)
Direct3D 8 test results: Failure at step 8 (Creating 3D Device): HRESULT = 0x88760827 (error code)
Direct3D 9 test results: Failure at step 8 (Creating 3D Device): HRESULT = 0x8876086c (error code)

I've googled it but i haven't found any solutions

PS: Diablo II runs in windowed mode

Thank You. :) .Then If i need to i'll just use the drivers that were probably on the motherboard or LCD Cd to reinstall it. But maybe it will work properly if i removed the Discrete Card too??.

It was Intel. But my main question is whether the Onboard Graphics drivers have been deleted? Are they Supposed to disappear like that from Device Manager?
