My impression when i got the Best Buy warranty is that it was redeemable for 2 years no matter how many times you had to return the product. This is the reason I got the warranty in the first place. I'm on my fourth 360... one I exchanged the warranty at EB (which I should've learned the first time not to buy a disposable warranty) the other 2 I mailed into Microsoft. That's what I thought also. I'm curious, how many people here have used a Best Buy warranty and received a new replacement and did not have to repurchase the warranty? I would really like to know, maybe it will help my case when I call and complain.

While I think it's a little harsh they got suspended for something such as that. Freedom of speech means squat on a privately owned website.

Oh and in response to TC question - There is plenty of bashing going around on all the systems. You just happened to join around the time a major hyped game of theirs flopped at GS.
