When PS4 was revealed, I was wondering why all of these developers were partnering with Sony, and more importantly wondering why all of these previous Micro$oft exclusive developers were partnering with Sony. Now I understand why.

@GOGOHeadray Thats over 10,000+ from 2 game sites alone with people upeset and likely not buying the next xbox. Thats nearly one million dolalrs Sony will be earning that Micro$oft wont. They need to realize that.

This pretty much confirms always online and DRM for next xbox. PS4 all the way next gen. Deal with it Micro$oft, your greed is getting you no where this time.

@Leeric420 "Electricity goes out too" Yes it does, but you dont see electric companies saying you must have an active internet connection to light your home.

@PSYCLOWN185 The same thing with any online only game. No one will be able to play. Its sad if this rumor comes true. Its even sadder, because no online only game ever launches without server issues, and their usually not resolved fully for sometimes months..

Coming from a gamer who has played MMO's to Diablo 3, hear me out. Unless your in it for the long run, and you dont mind the frustration of not being able to play your games for sometimes weeks to months, stay away, at least until servers are stable. Even then, you might still want to stay away.

@l_skipper Its not so much not being able to play a singleplayer game offline, its the requirement to be online for your console to basically even turn on. Imagine you buy a xbox 720, and you just have to play that new game. But, your Internets out, or like me, you get frequent disconnects through the day. What happens? You cant play that game you spent $60+ on, and you cant turn on that new console you payed $400+ for, because you cant turn it on without internet. This is the problem some people will be facing if this rumor is true.

@robbiejones Thieves steal copper wire where I live nearly monthly. So that means im sometimes without internet for a week.

If Micro$oft would ever so kindly, read just a few of the 2.3k comments on this likely true "rumor", maybe they would realize how their failing at the next xbox before its even announced. Im an xbox fanboy all the way from beginning to end, but this draws the line. PS4 wins next gen no doubt.
