F*** that's a good day, uninterrupted gaming with quality time at the end. Jelly

Oh, not going to get hammered, just a couple of beverages with lunch...so hungry D:

chaoscougar1

I try to make bf's birthday a relaxing day but he's super low key anyway. Plus I let him sleep in, PLUS I got him bacon and hash browns and chocolate milk for his breakfast. I should get an award or something!

Oh okay good, no drunkeness. What's for lunch then?

Sounds like a good time. Jello is easy and simple. :P What flavor? I actually helped my mom make Spaetzle but that's about all the cooking I did. Not everyone was there. Uncle from Florida couldn't come because he's still in the hospital and my uncle's wife and their two kids went to Florida so didn't get to see them. Thanksgiving was alright. Kinda wished I had stayed here though. ExoticAnimal

Raspberry jello with raspberries and sour cream in it. Quite good.
Spaetzle sounds good but I've never had it! Do you eat it with something or just plain?
You don't think your visit was worth it?

Don't worry, I am sure he will want his 'quality time' later tonight

Well, I have an exam tomorrow BUT seeing as it's 2 hours and open book, I have decided to join in the lunch with family friends and start drinking ^.^

chaoscougar1

Perv! (I hope so. :P)
Open book exams can be tricky though, I never found them to be easy. What if you drink too much and over sleep and miss your exam??

I used to love eating it but just don't really care for it anymore. How was your thanksgiving? Cook anything at all?ExoticAnimal

It was fine thanks, visited the family like most folks. All I 'cooked' was jello. I make the same jello concoction for Thanksgiving and Christmas, largely because my uncle loves it so much. When we have the holidays at our house I try to make a bit more than that though. What about you? Did you see your family- both those you do and don't get along with?

Pink > Chocolate

You having a big shindig?

chaoscougar1

That might be true!
Not at all, spent all day at home then went out for dinner. Now I'll make our cupcakes for dessert (didn't get him a cake) while he plays a video game I got him. So much for quality time. :P But since it's his bday he's allowed to do whatever he wants with minimal nagging from me.

What are you up to?

Sounds good but I'll avoid them. I went through all 3 Thanksgiving meals without eating too much or eating any desserts. Guess my will power is stronger than I thought it would be. :PExoticAnimal

Heck yea it is strong. That's crazy. Unless dessert's no big deal to you. But I love it and in case I croak suddenly, I want to go happy and well fed. :P

Pink frosting?! =Dchaoscougar1

Ha, no. Technically they're for my bf's birthday and I wouldn't do that to him. They'll just be chocolate with chocolate frosting.

I might make cupcakes. From scratch! Dreading the work and clean up but it'd probably be worth it,

Today is my bf's birthday so I'm trying to be good and let him sleep as long as he wants. We'll see how long it lasts.

Love the place too? I love em and crispers, but most people I talk to never heard of them. http://crispersonline.com/

Fightingfan

Yea they're amazing.
I never heard of Crispers either but it seems similar to a Panera, just only in Florida.

He is but I kinda goofed up recently that had to make him take a few hours off of work for me. You lose a lot of money when you're a lawyer and have to take hours off. He's already lost a lot of hours mainly because he's taken time off to spend it in Florida with my uncle who has cancer and just losing more money because of idiot things that I caused didn't help his cause. Oh well, I wrote him a thank you card for all the help that he has helped me with and bought him a gift card to olive garden as a token of appreciation for the time he's taken out of his busy day to help me. ExoticAnimal

Good, that was nice of you. I can't imagine you do much wrong though. Did he have any advice about your car?
