In any game that will let me, I play as myself. Anytime a game has a character editor, the first thing I do is try to make a fat old bearded guy. Sometimes the most mundane things in a game, just make it more immersive and interesting for me. When I play Skyrim, after a day of adventuring, I will return to my house, change into house clothes, and have a normal evening at home. Prepare a meal, read a book, and then go to bed. After that I'll save and quit. I guess I'm boring.

The saddest part is that companies like EA don't seem to realize that they're contributing to their own demise. At some point people are going to reach their limit. The iPad casual gamers will soon move on to something else, and the core gamers will have had it with being nickel and dimed to death. Then the whole industry is going to crash.

Strip it down to the bone, then sell it all back to you as dlc. It's obscene what EA has done to the industry. Of course they're not alone, but they seem to be leading the charge.

Nice change of pace. The Point is a great show, but as of late, it feels as though it's taking itself a little too seriously.

As someone who thoroughly enjoyed both of the Dead Island games despite their flaws, I'm really looking forward to this game. This and The Division are the reason for my purchase of the Ps4 and X1. Now with Dead Island 2 coming, I'm beside myself with anticipation.
